We currently ship within the European Union. Shipping to other countries may be available upon request.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- Croatia: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available).
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
LookLow is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
