Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at LookLow. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The item was purchased from LookLow
- The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item is in the original packaging with all tags attached
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable)
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@looklow.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return (optional)
We will provide you with return instructions once your request has been approved.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at shop@looklow.eu.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@looklow.eu.
